In a Collins glass, combine:

1.5 oz León Y Sol Tequila Blanco

0.75 oz Chareau

0.5 oz fresh lime juice

1 heavy pinch of salt
Gently muddle the ingredients in the glass, then add ice.
Top with 3 oz of club soda.
Garnish with a fresh mint bouquet and serve with a straw.
