Sol y Soda


Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Blanco or NeQuila
  • ½ oz saffron honey syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh lime
  • Shishi salt
  • Soda

Flavor Profile:

Bright, golden, lightly floral.
Refreshing with a soft honeyed depth

How To Make It:

  1. Fill a short glass with ice.
  2. Add 2 oz León Y Sol Blanco or NeQuila.
  3. Pour ¾ oz saffron honey syrup and ½  oz fresh lime juice.
  4. Top with chilled soda.
  5. Stir gently for 5 seconds to combine
  6. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.And for the rim, our shishi salt.
