Sol y Soda
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Blanco or NeQuila
- ½ oz saffron honey syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lime
- Shishi salt
- Soda
Flavor Profile:
Bright, golden, lightly floral.
Refreshing with a soft honeyed depth
How To Make It:
- Fill a short glass with ice.
- Add 2 oz León Y Sol Blanco or NeQuila.
- Pour ¾ oz saffron honey syrup and ½ oz fresh lime juice.
- Top with chilled soda.
- Stir gently for 5 seconds to combine
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.And for the rim, our shishi salt.
