Ingredients:

  • 2oz León Y Sol Tequila Reposado
  • 2oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 1oz Agave Syrup
  • Ice
  • Sparkling Water

 

For garnish:

  • Agave Syrup
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Grapefruit Slice
  • Jalapeño Slices

HOW TO MAKE A PALOMA PICANTE:

 

  1. Prepare: Brush the side of a highball glass with agave syrup, then dip the side in a plate of pink Himalayan salt. Once completely coated, add the grapefruit slice inside the glass.
  2. Mix: Add León Y Sol Tequila Reposado, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup to your glass and fill with enough ice. Give it a good stir until all the ingredients are chill and well incorporated.
  3. Serve: Fill with sparkling water and top with jalapeño slices.
